A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free of cost (to a certain extent). We’ll transfer your web site(s) to our super–modern cloud hosting platform without you needing to do anything. We know from experience that switching hosting providers can result in lost information and undesirable network downtime. That’s the reason why we’ll accomplish all that for you for free!We have highly experienced administrators whose main task is to ensure that your site performs precisely as it did on your old hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–made web sites, as well as web sites that are based on well–known apps such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are lots of variables to think about – the total amount of files, the size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the present workload of our web site migration experts, etc. That being said, we do try to carry out all web site migrations in a 48–hour time frame. Smaller websites are transferred much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We don’t request any personal details. We will require, though, the login information for your present hosting account as well as the name of the site that you wish to migrate.

If everything is functioning properly, all you will have to do is edit the name server records for your domain. Your site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: No. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website transfer either.

A: We support all Linux–powered hosting platforms. Generally, if we can receive access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
