If you have a shared hosting plan with our company and you set up email addresses inside your account, you are able to forward it with just a couple of clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The option can be activated when you make a new email address or whenever you want later and disabled just as quickly in case you change your mind. This can be done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you can handle your account. Additionally, you will have the option to choose whether a copy of the inbound e-mails will stay on our servers or not. The advantage of this feature is that you will always have a backup on your server if anything occurs with the other mailbox or maybe it is not active for reasons unknown at the time an e-mail is forwarded. In case the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and deleted from our system even if the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it generally is a wise decision for it to be enabled just to be prepared.
E-mail Forwarding in Semi-dedicated Hosting
Forwarding an e mail address hosted in our system will be very straightforward if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and will also not take you more than several mouse clicks to create. You can do this from the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to monitor the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the messages are going to with a glance. The feature is enabled and disabled for any of the mailboxes in your account. You can also activate or deactivate a handy feature we provide - a backup of the e-mails being relayed through our servers can remain on the server. In this way, you'll always have a backup copy of your incoming email messages and you'll not have to worry about loss of any info. In case you keep this feature deactivated, you run the risk of losing e-mails if there's an issue with the remote email address.
