You will see a directory of all email addresses you have in your Emails part of the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with all of the website hosting accounts. For each of them, you will notice a tiny auto-responder icon and everything you will have to do will be to click on it, enter the text that you'll want to use and save the change - it is as easy as that. Creating an auto-responder for multiple e-mails and editing or deleting an existing auto-responder is just as effortless and can be done at any time. There will be a different icon for every email address with an enabled auto-responder inside the Emails section, so you'll have the ability to monitor effortlessly and adjust the status of the feature at any time if needed.
Auto-responder Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
If you use a semi-dedicated server plan to host your domains with us, you will be able to easily activate the auto-responder function for any of the mailboxes you make in your account. This can be done in the Emails part of our user-friendly Hepsia Hosting Control Panel where you can view a set of your mailboxes. A little icon will show you which has an active auto-responder and which one does not. To create, edit or delete a message, click on the matching icon for the given email address, enter the content you want to use, save the change and you will be all set. If you select multiple email addresses, you can activate or deactivate the function for them in bulk, with just minimal efforts.
